Refund Policy

• These Return or Cancellation Policy is for the use of Pitch our way pvt ltd
• Please connect with our executive before placing your order.
• If the work has not started on your order, we issue refund of the amount paid after making 10% deduction of the amount paid as a processing fee.
• If the work has been started on your order, we do not process refund or cancellation of order.
• If you are not satisfied with the output delivered in the 1st draft, we offer 5 rounds of revisions to correct the output as per your requirement within 90 days of submission of the 1st draft. You need to give a clear and actionable feedback on what needs to be changed in order to reduce the number of revisions and turn around time.
